Nominations for Best Actor and Best Music for 'Filling In' at the Mountain of Laughs Comedy

The Mountain of Laughs Comedy Film Festival in Gatlinburg, Tennessee announced last night that Jared Odrick is a nominee for Best Actor in Filling In at the fest for his lead role of "Kevin," the gentle giant of man considering a risky and covert career path. Filling In also received a nomination for Best Music for the original score for our comedy short by Jim Casella,, and singer/songwriter, Clinton Hibshman, whose song "Between the Myth and Metaphor" opens the film.

The one-day film fest packs in a whopping 56 comedy shorts, beginning at 10:30AM on Saturday, March 10th, and ends with their awards presentation just under 12 hours later. The Mountain of Laughs Comedy Fest is held at the Greystone Lodge in beautiful downtown Gatlinburg, TN, right next door to Ripley's Aquarium and just a mile from the Great Smoky Mountains National Park! The screening of Filling In is scheduled for 11:00 AM as the 2nd of the 56 films to be screened throughout the day filled with guaranteed belly-laffs!
