MVIFF Declares 'Filling In' Best Short Film

The 4th annual Mount Vernon International Film Festival announced Filling In as the winner of the Best Short Film award on their Facebook page last night. As described on their website MVIFF "is a showcase of extraordinary films from emerging and aspiring artists, filmmakers, and directors that integrate different media formats to produce quality films."

Filling In was screened to an enthusiastic audience at MVIFF on Sept. 30, which this year was held at Westchester Community College - Mount Vernon.
