Idaho Horror Film Festival Screens 'Filling In' In New Family-Friendly Film Block

Admittedly, the pairing of our quirky, comedy-fantasy with one of the largest horror film fests in the country, may initially seem odd and ill-fitting. However, Filling In director, Bradley Hawkins was thrilled when the the Idaho Horror Film Festival contacted him requesting to screen our film to help promote the new addition of a family-friendly film block for their 4th annual rendition of their festival. As it turns out, Filling In just recently won the award for Best Family-Friendly Short Film at the Endless Mountains Film Festival in Wellsboro, PA, and so IHFF director, Ian Brimberry has paired Filling In with Tim Burton's Frankenweenie in the IHFF Family Movie Block on Saturday, Oct. 14 at 11;00 AM.

Sponsored by Slattery Orthodontics (what an absolute perfect fit for Filling In) and Parkside School, the free screenings of Frankenweenie and Filling In will also include face-painting and a costume contest with prizes being provided by Cravins Candy! The Idaho Horror Film Fest runs from Oct. 12-14 and should prove to be a spectacularly spooky time, and with the new addition of this special Family Movie treat on Saturday morning, Oct. 14, there's now something for all ages to get a thrill out of at the fest!

Doors open at 10:30 AM, screening of Filling In at 11 AM, followed by Frankenweenie.
